APPROVED GFW PAINT COLORS
In order to maintain a cohesive look for the Great Falls Woods community, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Regulations (CC&R’s) requires that all homes be painted in complementary colors. In order to make it easy for homeowners, the approved colors are provided below. If you wish / need to repaint and are matching your current color, you will need to use the closest matching color identified below. Any changes in colors can be accomplished by submitting an application for exterior modification which will require the approval of the Architectural Review Board prior to repainting.
